Built in the 19th century in the typical architectural style of the Amalfi Coast, the villa that now houses our bed and breakfast was carefully restructured a few years ago, taking care to preserve the property’s typical features, such as the vaulted ceilings, and was enhanced through the careful use of building materials, and the attention paid to the choice of the various details and finishings.
During the restructuring, which was carried out with care and enthusiasm, we were surprised to find various antique objects in the old villa which you can now see in the glass display cabinet (itself an antique) in the breakfast room. The idea for the bed and breakfast developed from our love of local Amalfi Coast traditions, the area’s cuisine and for the natural beauty of our territory which we love to share and help guests enjoy.
Our rooms which offer splendid views over the sea of the Amalfi Coast, feature a range of modern comforts meant to ensure you pass as relaxing a holiday as possible, thinking only of unwinding and soaking up your beautiful surroundings.
The bed and breakfast is managed by Irma, with the help of her family, and the main objective is to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere that is at the same time professional, and to offer excellent service and quality produce.
What we want is that our residence become not simply somewhere to sleep and have breakfast, but a home to home that extends a warm welcome and ensures guests a unique experience, where personnel are happy to give advice and help you organise an unforgettable holiday on the Amalfi Coast. We have also designed our website to this end: in particular, in the ‘Guide to the Amalfi Coast’ section, you’ll find information on itineraries, events, footpaths, transport and even on local dishes and wines, all of which will help you organise your trip to Amalfi.
